Mixed Level Flow

This class welcomes both newer and experienced practitioners, offering clear guidance, options, and space to explore your practice at your own pace. Expect a grounding & welcoming atmosphere that supports strength, fluidity, and presence. Students will learn to move through each asana or posture using their own breath to guide the movement- creating ease, flexibility and grace through the body. By becoming present to the breath in each movement, students learn to tune into their own inner-experience, creating safety & connection through each posture.
